Our Development & Application Technology is focused on further developing and improving established products and processes. In addition, we are also expanding our product portfolio continuously while at the same time identifying and developing new areas of application.
With our many years of experience and high level of technical expertise, we are able to provide our customers comprehensive advice and drive our developments forward. In joint projects for new products, we accompany our clients through their often long and intensive approval processes. Our offer also includes chemical and physical tests which we implement in our modern Analysis Center according to DIN/EN and ISO standards. The specialists from Nabaltec are also sought after because of their comprehensive know-how at many conferences in Germany and abroad.
In case of fire, for example, Nabaltec products are free of harmful substances, delay its spread and suppress the development of environmentally harmful and unhealthy smokes and fumes. Reduced smoke and fume production as well as smoke corrosiveness is encouraged in no little way by the EU Regulation Construction Products Regulation (CPR). We work together with our clients to make construction products even safer through the use of our fillers. Safety is also the key concern for separator films in lithium-ion batteries: This is where our aluminum oxides as well as our boehmite find use. These substances prevent the overheating of batteries during charging and discharging cycles. Here we are constantly developing our products further so that we will be able to satisfy the soon arriving quality and volume requirements of electromobility.
Thanks to the close cooperation with our clients, we can understand your requirements and quickly integrate them into our own developmental work. This gives our customers an important timely edge. Important impulses, trends and developments in our target markets are also provided by the specialist associations which we engage with both in Germany and abroad, as well as the specialist conferences that we attend the world over.
In order to be permanently successful in the global market, we work on the continuous development of our production processes as well as our energy and resource efficiency. Our tasks include the reduction of water consumption and the prevention of manufacturing losses.
