For our production at the site of Schwandorf, we are also permanently on the lookout for temporary workers. A prerequisite for cooperation with Nabaltec is that a permit exists for the agency to provide temporary workers. In addition, the temporary employment agency must also be signed up to a collective agreement organization such as the BAP/Bza or the IGZ.
In principle, the following applies: We work exclusively with companies who pay their employees the minimum wage, and who also commit their sub-contractors to do the same.
Again and again we find ourselves being challenged to react to new customer requirements and market conditions. Reliability is the most important aspect for our customers - as it is for us as well when we purchase.
