The liquidity contract is to be understood as an annex to the commissioned framework mandate agreement Capital Markets with Baader Bank Aktiengesellschaft.

Commencement of the liquidity agreement: January 13, 2023
Term: indefinite

Termination: At any time with one month's notice to the end of the quarter. Right of termination for good cause remains unaffected for both parties. Right to extraordinary termination possible, among other things, in the event of breach of the issuer's duty to inform and cooperate.
